Time management is about doing the right thing, at the right time, for the right
reasons. This presentation will encompass not only how you can best manage your
time, but also what to do when time gets away from you. It will reinforce the
importance of ruthlessly prioritizing tasks and responsibilities on a daily and weekly
basis. Facilitated by Violand’s Senior Advisor, Scott Tackett. Scott has coached direct
labor service companies in performance management and organizational
development for over 15 years. Prior to Violand, he served as the executive VP of
human resources for a $250M+ manufacturing company.
