The Alpha Triangle is a dramatic theme that plays out in different variations,
depending on which Alpha types are acting in the three central roles. Each character
reinforces the other two: villains blame, victims whine, heroes fix. Each lays claim to a
specific payoff: villains get power, victims get sympathy, heroes get appreciation.
