Durability – High, but can scratch and dent.

Installation – Professional or DIY. Can be nailed, glued or floated*

Maintenance – Damp Mop, using Hardwood Cleaners, Sweeping, Vacuuming

Areas of Use – All levels of the home and rooms including basements* not recommended for bathrooms

Advantages – Lasts a lifetime. Hypo Allergenic easy to maintain, suits all décor styles. Can be refinished and easily repaired*

Disadvantages – Not recommended for wet areas certain species will change colour over time and exposure to light. Extreme dryness can have adverse effects.
